OK, John, let's start with what we can do. We can probably move our list
traffic soon. Moving our site to a shared hosting plan, however, will need
rewiring the CMS. That's where Jeff's opinion is needed. I know he had some
ideas of shifting from Oracle. Jeff?

Unless you know some Oracle hosting company.
