Is anyone against this idea?

Rudy and Elfur aren't on this list. They should probably be included
in this discussion, so I'm cc'ing them.

(For Rudy and Elfur: We have to reinstate the exec committee and BOD
so I can open a bank account for evolt.org. We only have 'til the
25th to file for non-profit status and open the account, or the check
from Amazon will expire. Are you both okay with keeping your titles
so we can get the bank account?)

Good idea. Can exec's also be on the BOD (I think the answer was
yes)? Can non-Americans be on the BOD (I think the answer was no)?
