It allows me to figure out when someone subscribed to thelist so that
I can score the merits of giving them a m.e.o.

All mailman lists need to have aliases updated. We use the
virtusertable to handle e-mail coming to *@evolt.org addresses that
aren't mapped.

Archive munging and suspicious header tracking are what I've done.
I'm not sure what Dan did but we can probably drop it now.
