I don't think so.  I'm guessing that it would be a matter of changing
the queries and adding some additional logic.

These are the ones that I think are options:

1) Linux / CF / Oracle (status quo)
2) Linux / CF / Postgres (change the CF code and database)
3) Linux / PHP / [Postgres | Mysql] (change applications and database)
4) Windows / CF / Oracle (change the OS)
5) Windows / CF / MS SQL (change the OS and the CF code and database)

In all cases except 1 and 4, I think that the CMS code needs to be
changed.

Cases 2, 3, 5 would require a database change and CMS change.

All cases except for 3 require us to have special hosting or licenses.
