Design, ideas, and experience (lessons learned) are all valuable
contributions.

What makes our little empire special?

geeklog, or PHPNuke, or whatever, would be one application.  We
already use mailman, Apache, sendmail, and postfix.  There doesn't
seem to be a lot of disparate applications being introduced.
