In terms of what we *do* (as opposed to who we are - of course we're
special :-) ), very little. The vast majority of the functionality
(90+%) we need below the presentation layer is pretty standard.

Plus a number of OSS solutions already have mailman user list integration
which would remove our current most pointed example of data fragmentation.
