I don't have the installation media for either.  Maybe Ron does.
However, we have the problem of whether or not we have licenses for
either of them.

I believe Dan when he says that we had an Oracle license.  However,
his contact in Oracle left the company and everyone in Oracle that he
talked to was dragging their heels since it generates no revenue.

I believe that a ColdFusion license was donated but I don't know by
who.  I don't know the details of CF licensing.  And there is the
notion that we shouldn't be running it on w.e.o and t.e.o
simultaneously.

So, I believe that it is our best interests to change platform or find
hosting that will provide those services and now is as good as time as
any.  If we defer it until later, I believe, we'll be in the exact
same situation as before with respect to the application and
licensing.  For instance, take a look at the progress made on the
re-design.  The amount of inertia is staggering.
