Sure. I didn't mean hard and fast, just something to start with.

From what has been said, we *are* going to rebuild vast portions of
what we now have (different servers, platforms[?], email system,
databases, software, modified services, a new front-end too), though
not all at once. That is the big picture. That's what I'm trying to
have defined (at least to some degree) before we go to theforum.
And speaking of which, can we go to theforum this week so we can get
the go-ahead? What do we want to tell theforum?
Okay, I'm going to take a stab at a letter today. I'll send it here
and you guys can hack away at it.
