meo's case is more of a grey area and could open up for confusion, the
letter enumerates the options we're weighting but isn't fit for a simple
yes/no answer, rather opens up for discussion. maybe it could include:
"we need to find a way to lower the cost of keeping m.e.o. running, we
need your agreement to contunue the discussion for taking one of the
following paths (further decision will also be consulted)"

Well, I'm king of missing details, so don't trust me on that one.

But if you want to get picky, one thing that I felt strange is that
there's not a *boldly explicit question* about what to vote on.
Something like:

"Wee need you to vote for or against this general proposal, by replying
this email with either AGREE or DISAGREE, within the next 5 days"
