Hi Martin,

Thanks for the tweaks. Regarding the time-lines:

>* Hosting and Technical Architecture defined - April 1
>* Hosting migrated - June 1

Splitting them out is fine with me. However, if we don't move hosting
'til June 1, that means we could ramp up charges for Ron's hosting to
the tune of an additional $2500. At this point donations have slowed
to a trickle, and we can't even cover half of Ron's initial invoice
(he's been having email problems, but he's said it's currently about
$3000, and I've only been able to send $1300, which nearly wipes out
our cash).

Could something like this be a possibility?:

2/10 - Discussion and voting on theforum closes, committees start their work
3/01 or 3/15 - Hosting and Technical Architecture defined
5/01 - Hosting migrated

Every month that goes by costs us about $500...
