Been fairly busy this past week so I haven't been able to do anything.
Hopefully, I'll be able to get back to the normal 16 hour work days
and be able to help with this migration in my spare time.

I'd say let's get to the low hanging fruit:

1) Move the lists.  Forget about tip harvesting and the database
   backend for now.

2) Convert l.e.o frontend to PHP as well as the tip harvester
   frontend.

3) Change the DNS for b.e.o to point to e.o.uk and discontinue serving
   b.e.o from Ron's site.

4) Move d.e.o to e.o.uk.

5) Write something up for m.e.o members telling them that the service
   is going away and to make appropriate arrangements.

We've got a month left to get something done.  Pitter, patter, let's
get at'er.
