[Sysadmin] Comment duplicated

I've just gone through and made the little fix that Chris wanted, but
something odd has happened with the article and comments:

"Dynamically Filtering Dropdown Lists in Javascript"
by forgetting to close a > in a code example.

I took the original comment, clicked on 'Edit', fixed the code,
previewed, then hit done.

If you have a look at the very bottom, you can see Chris' original
comment, with the fixed version above it.

How did that duplicate appear? Surely editing a comment will replace
it? Does it require a godmin to delete the original one now?
