if it's a dotfile alias under /var/qmail/alias then just add the additional
email address to the file on a newline in the usual "I'm qmail, I'm
different" manner ... e.g.

/var/qmail/alias/.qmail-give

  &foo at someone.foo
  &bar at flargen.bar
