Requests:

a)  urgent adjustment of TTL on the DNS records to
no more than 4 hours.  Will minimise list downtime (some
partial downtime is necessary to keep archives in sync) as
far as possible.

b) shifting evolt.org to GANDI.net after this is over and
using their free (and full) DNS service.
