[Sysadmin] Mailman Password Mailer

People have complained that they are not getting the monthly password
reminders.  I didn't think too much of it because I was pretty sure
that I was seeing mine.  Much to me chagrin, when I tried running the
reminder script it failed.  Apparently, in Mailman 2.1, you must have
a 'mailman' list defined.  After creating that list, the script ran
fine, as I'm sure you noticed.
