alternatively, i can recreate the directory structure of beo on my box, put
the index.cfm in place, write a cf version of download.php, remove
browsers.evolt.org as a mirror in the list, and we can be done.

once i have the directory structure copied, i could have it all in place and
working in 30 minutes or less.

i have nothing better to do right now with the weo conversion basically
done.
