sure.  i'm not saying we shouldn't transfer to gandi.net.  that's a separate
issue in my mind.

and in all fairness is the only outtage they've had in the time i've been
with them.  i'd have to defer to them to find out if it's the only
significant outage they'd have since they started or not.  also, in all
fairness, the recent outage was a result of a ddos attack to all 4 of their
nameservers.  even though they operate on a donation model, they were on the
problem immediately and had it fixed within a few hours, despite the
severity of the attack.
