[Sysadmin] (Fwd) I can't stay subbed if you don't get rDNS working

Speaking for myself, I'd tell him that we will look into it.  I've
never looked at the DNS stuff but I would suspect he means that the IP
address does not map to the FQDN, e.g., 

   > nslookup 216.40.227.23
   ** server can't find 23.227.40.216.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN
