[Sysadmin] Fwd: [the****] [OT] please pass onto admin

It sounds like the password reminders aren't being sent.  And their
could be a problem with confirmation strings.  As well as the digests
not working.  I've been advising people to follow through the archive
or I've been switching them to non-digest mode manually until the
problem gets fixed.
