I'd say that it comes down to postfix or qmail.  How about
this... someone call the task and installs whichever they want.  It
doesn't matter to me as long as we get one on the box and we get
operational.

BTW, I still need someone to create the databases for m.e.o redirects,
the tips, and d.e.o or for someone to send me the root password on the
database (or create a secure store for it) so that I can do it.
