[Sysadmin] [Fwd: Your message to thelist awaits moderator approval]

Hi all,

I've posted from my hosting provider's webmail interface and have received
the dreaded "waiting for approval", below.

Can someone explain why it's sent when posting on thelist, and not when
posting on, say, content?

Other question while we're at it: over at spip.net we have several mailing
lists, and the admins don't know how to configure them (all the things
like converting to plain text, filtering content out, etc). Can anybody
forward me (off-list maybe) the configuration information for evolt, so
that we can test mailman's configs?

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Message has a suspicious header
