I think it's a terrible idea for a half-dozen reasons.

Let's not treat the listees like crawling babies who need the house
'baby proofed.' I think professional reminders to a group of
professionals should suffice.

I find it laughable that it was suggested by Marc Seyon who, not a month
ago, flamed me repeatedly offline for sending an 'on topic' reminder to
the list, thus interrupting an off topic conversation *he* was
interested in. Now, it's about off topic conversations *he's* not
interested in.
