We need to let Eric know what is happening so that he can give his 
members a heads up, if required.  Check to see if there are any special 
circumstances for css-d, e.g., for archiving.

Once the process has been proven, css-d will be migrated in the same way 
as the evolt.org lists, in that mail sent to css-d will be forwarded to 
tempest and the DNS entries changed.  This will make e-mail from css-d 
appear to be coming from lists.evolt.org.uk, or if the DNS entries 
already exist, from css-discuss.org.uk.  I don't know if this will mess 
up his archiving or not.
