[Sysadmin] CSS-d (was Re: Migrated the lists)

I've just spoken to Eric Meyer and told him about the process.

1. Warning the css-d list about temporary header changes is in their
    court now.

2. He's checking with incutio.com to make sure this won't break the
    web archive's continuity.

3. When he gets that confirmation, I'll post it here.


At that point we're good to shift css-d.  We can use LEO.UK for the
stopgap period.
