[Sysadmin] fireworks put out the list last night?

It looks like there was a hiccup with mailman.  The qrunner processes
appeared to be running but they were not processing qfiles.  spamd had
also apparently died.  I restarted spamd and restart mailman this
morning.  The queue was being processed very slowly.  I disabled
SpamAssassin checking within the mailman pipeline and with some cli
magic, I pared down the queue manually and pushed out the essential list
mail so we should be caught up now.

A lot of the applications installed used '/usr/sbin/sendmail' or the
like to send out mail.  In our case, sendmail is linked to the exim
binary.  So apps would be sending mail through exim but exim was not set
up to handle delivery to *evolt.org properly.  I added a new exim router
so that it would pass this mail to qmail.  exim does not need to be
running since it is not handling incoming mail but it is used for some
outgoing mail.
