[Sysadmin] New IP for css-discuss.org

Hi,

Not sure if you were aware or not but evolt.org (and by extension
css-discuss.org/lists.css-discuss.org) is moving to a new server.  The
new IP address is 67.19.208.11.  Please update your DNS as soon as
possible.

There shouldn't be any lag as SMTP traffic to the old server is being
forwarded to the new server at this moment.  However, the old server
will be going away and DNS needs to be updated before that time.
