Stopped mysql, backed up db files, checked, repaired and restarted mysql. Two indexes of 2 were repaired that had been corrupted: accesslog and sessions. In the db named genghis (that's the production Drupal db I presume, right? Of course it is -- what else would it be?) :-) Anyway, all better now, it seems. -dave
