If we don't mind moving to France, kimsufi.co.uk do a entry level
server with a P4-class Celeron, 2GB RAM, 1TB disk and 10TB transfer a
month for about 25 dollars a month incl tax.  Multiple IPs cost money
but you get an IPv6 /64 for free.

I use two kimsufi servers (one 2G type and one 16G type) and they are
pretty rock solid.
