[Sysadmin] css-d seems dead

Hi again,

css-discuss hasn't seen any activity since Fri Jul 26 23:47:26 CDT 2013, 
and I missed the silence due to a forced machine upgrade and mail client 
changeover that kicked off just a couple of days later.  (Long story.)  
Is there a problem with the server and/or list, or did everyone just 
decide to stop mailing?  We've had quiet periods before, but this one 
seems unusually long, and someone just told me his mail to the list 
bounced.
