[Sysadmin] DNS update

ello types,

GitHub Pages needed an IP change to be made for evolt.org and
www.evolt.org (they must be shifting infrastructure around; reminder:
evolt.org and www.evolt.org is now hosted on GitHub Pages).

I noticed that the secondary DNS servers I'd set up weren't working
because they'd changed IPs and I hadn't updated the allow-transfer
list in /etc/bind/named.conf.options - I've done that now, and we have
three nameservers again (ns0 and ns1.evolt.org are both tron).
