[Sysadmin] cron jobs disabled on tron

I'd be down to move the leo over to EC2, assuming it will run mailman. It's
only css-d that's really getting any traffic.

I was thinking of cancelling my monthly donation since we have enough in
the bank. I can do one-off's if we need money.
