[Sysadmin] Browser archive contributions

OK, I set aside some time this morning to classify and reconcile what I 
could - I added a column of whether Evolt has what I have. It was often 
hard to make a direct comparison, as evolt might have 3.03 where I had 
3.02 and 3.04 (I don't know if minor dot releases are that important in 
the overall scheme of things), and it looks like I might have tweaked 
the filename sometimes to disambiguate the platform being used.
