nope. absolutely not.
the current structure has 20+ voting members, but only 9 BoD members.
the voting members present (in person or via proxy) voted the current BoD
members on the founding/annual meeting held on may 5 of this year.

from that annual meeting plus some legendary stuff from our early days.
