Should we back up and look at the advantages and disadvantages of this?

I think that nonprofit (it's the same thing as not-for-profit and 
involves fewer hyphens) is most congruent with Evolt goals and 
history.

I don't know that it is imperative to establish the group in any one 
country first...

Admin can be on the table here, too, as far as I'm concerned, and all 
aspects of it.

I am personally not fully comfortable with the admin "selection" 
process.  But if admin becomes just one of many groups working on 
evolt, then I suppose the selection process may change to a more 
formalized "election" process...

I don't know.

I can only say one thing for sure: I believe very firmly in 
democratic processes, and I think Evolt should strive for a structure 
that creates as much clarity and democracy as possible.
