Yes, we're deciding whether and what to move over here. And
what you forwarded was part of that. Forwarding it and saying
that it belonged over here said that the decision had been made.

It hasn't yet.

On some of the points, yes. And wanted further discussion and 
clarification
(because we've not thought through all the issues) of other points.

And when the decision is made, it will have a much greater level
of legitimacy and will be much, much harder to undo.

That's a good thing, no?
