Another follow-up:

When adding a section or question, always hit the "add section" or "add
question" button, instead of just hitting Enter. Not very intuitive, but
that's just the way it is right now.

If you forget and instead hit enter, and nothing is added to the database,
then hit Back on your browser, and click the relevant add button instead.
