i don't think that the ruling will be particilarly strict or intimidating. i
mean if you can show that you've been around for a while, asked and/or
answered on thelist or whatever else, i wouldn't expect people to vote
someone down. we're not limiting it only to people who post 10/day on
thelist, 5/day on thesite, 60/day on thechat, and with 20+ articles or
anything. :)

anyway, i might jot down some more stuff about this process for everyone to
look over later on.
