Alternative way if you've actually got the people in the same
room - get (brief headline) comments on PostIt notes, stick
them on a board, then (collectively) group for common themes.
Finally, give everyone the opportunity to move stuff about
and dispute whether the common themes represent what
they meant in the first place.
It works surprisingly well.
