i, for one, don't think that's why we've been publishing english 
articles only...

i think we've only published english articles because that's all we've 
gotten...  you decide the cause/effect on your own, but from an 
approval perspective, we only get english...

i don't care what language an article is in... we shouldn't abort an 
article simply because the admin team doesn't speak the 
language...

we take the steps to qualify and approve it as if it were english...

our german readers enjoy it... our english readers learn german, or 
get a friend to help them, or maybe volunteer to do a translation 
(implementation TBD)...

we've claimed to be a world community, let's not scuttle an article 
because we can't offer a translation to english... that's way too 
ameri-centric for my tastes...

not to mention, do we even think the CMS can handle multi-
languages?

if not, the discussion as it pertains to *this* article may be moot...
