this isn't directed at anyone or meant in a negative way..

.......but, could some of you check to see if you can configure your mail
clients to include the name of the person you're replying to in the reply?

with the amount of mail coming through and attention given to one thread
at a time, its hard to get the correct 'feeling' for a message when
someone is replying to 'you' as in
