Hi people,

A suggestion about the people not writing more articles from a psychological
point of you.

:<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<~////~>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
:we have to cheer up people to write more, lower the psycological barrier
:> - thelist is very high traffic and we could consider splitting it

When the headline email is sent out to the list, we get this:~

<exerpt>
Authors really appreciate feedback from their peers; you can leave a
comment and rate articles by logging into the evolt.org web site.

Can we not add a line of encouragement somewhere in that for people who want
to write, but won't venture because of the "psychological barrier", might
just get some encouragement to write, just by one line.

Secondly,

<exerpt>
We have some fresh content on evolt.org today, contributed by our
members. Learn something new or review the perspective of someone
else:

This is automated, but can we spice it up a bit. I was looking at the angle
of an author who is also on the list and seeing that their article was
refered to as an "excellent" article, or "informative", as opposed to just
the phrase "fresh content" only. It can be interchanged each time, random
list or something of that sort.

Also, everyone likes praise, and somewhere someone mentioned in a response
that they didn't get enough recognition or something to that effect. Well
this could tie in as well, if you're someone who likes recognition and you
see someone else receive praise for writing an article, then just might be a
confidence booster.

I have an idea which i think would work also for writing articles, but
that'll come later when analysis comes into full swing - for now, this
should be suffcient.

Just 2 pennies, but hope it helps....

Thanx,

profjj
