Matt, sounds like you're suggesting excluding Community
News from the article count.

Sounds sensible, and probably applies equally to News and Jobs

Although:

I think there's at least *some* validity in counting the effort to
put together the collection. Wasn't the point of the cubes to encourage
volunteering?
