yes, yes, and yes!

dan's blog was a good short term solution, and it could be perfected
through an official m.e.o. journal (blog) 

it fits perfecly within the scope of the IA redesign of the m.e.o.
section under a section of m.e.o. tools I was asking for some ideas to 
add to. I hadn't considered putting a blog on there, I missed it, but
I think it would be very good to add it there.
