actually, it wasn't particularly complicated, was it?

we thought that a method of notification (private email*, plus announcement
to the list in question -- theforum in this case) would work, then a minimum
duration of perhaps 2 international business days (e.g., not including a
friday in the US when it's a saturday in AU), and i can't remember what
else.

2/3's or majority?


* - handles (as best as possible) those who don't have time to be reading
theforum, but can flick through their personal inbox).
