i know the amount, where's it coming from?

elsewhere?  donations?  who compensates starkmedia?  your
statement that they are compensated doesn't say who's doing it...

and is it a real $1k/month invoice, or is it a discounted invoice?  i
ask because, having seen numerous accounting methods to
handle this stuff, i know that you can record the value vs. the actual
cost differently...  if the value is $1k/mo, is that also the actual
cost?
