We've not got to discussing what they want in return, what
the SLA would be etc.

Caution *is* the name of the game here, but not to the level of blowing
out all offers before we've checked them out.

Thanks Dan - that's absolutely the kind of check we need to run.
Ask him for *anything* he has btw, good and bad, since most people
are a mixture of both. If we *do* end up going into a deal, we'll go in
eyes wide open.
