in case my earlier reply didn't indicate that enough. i'm fine with that.

sure. this is absolutely doable, although, i haven't researched the
relations with the US well enough.
I can assure you that we have the relationship between the countries that
are sufficient, but i need more info from the foreign ministry about the
real world of it.
and we need that information to be on the safe side with tax deduction in
the US when donating.

i'll prepare some research material over the weekend.
