sounds reasonable to me - if someone from ListMgt needed something modified
which required root access, they could either petition the SA group for
appropriate access, or submit a change request to get the SA group to do it.

I'm over-formalising of course - it's more likely ListAdmin Larry would just
ask SysAdmin Susan by email/phone to get something changed, and it'd be
done - but these things do need considered.
