$2.50 a month? Less than the price of a Happy Meal?

(yes, it's different for people in other countries with other costs of
living)

Something to think about - an option to over-pay to provide the service
for people who can't afford it, but the application to receive that
support would take a *lot* of scrutiny to keep it fair.
