didn't think you were making it up, but ...
didn't quite believe you either. but still, i'm in iceland, signed up some
years ago, have used it on several occasions and have never been charged.

anyways, maybe it's new, charging the new guys when they sign up or
something.  dunno, but i do know that it's weird.
